I teach a yearbook class at our school. I am teaching them how to use the technology of the cameras to take lasting memory photos that will be incorporated into our yearly yearbook. There are many standards that go into yearbook. Writing blurbs about the photos is necessary so we cover ELA standards. We also talk about technology and cover technology standards. Even though it is an elective course, we cover more standards than one may think! With having good cameras, the quality of photos will enhance the yearbook.
