My first graders did not get the benefit of a full year of kindergarten. That is why a Smart TV and document camera will be such a huge help in my classroom. It will give my students that much more exposure to content that they greatly need, and missed out on last year. These electronics will help elevate my math and reading instruction so that my students can master new strategies through modeling proper techniques. I hope to use this tv and document camera to create a classroom environment that builds my students' confidence. By being able to see what is expected of them and in turn to perform and produce with confidence. For reading instruction these materials will be just as important. I need my students to be able to see and hear letters and the sounds they make to become fluent readers. I need the whiteboard to hang my anchor charts. I need the rolling cart to organize my supplies. Standards: MA.1.OA.1-8 RDG.RF.1.4
