Students will work together to create a businesses plan, market, and brand the business. Students will go through an application and interview process in order to participate in this experience. Once hired, they will take orders, make coffee/tea, deliver orders, take payments, and make change to provide teachers on campus with a delicious hand-crafted coffee or tea drink twice per week. This project will give students in the Transition School to Work program the opportunity to learn and practice valuable workplace skills that they can apply far beyond high school.
