These materials will make a difference in my students' learning in many ways. Having students learn social skills and communication skills through sharing and playing together is integral in the classroom. The materials will help my students work on their fine motor skills, while also supporting their social and communication skills. Bringing play into the classroom will benefit these students greatly due to lack of communication skills and social skills during the COVID-19 Pandemic. They will be learning how to share and use their words in order to create a sense of community in the classroom.
