Over the last several years I have come to notice that it is harder and harder to get young readers interested in novels. I feel like if we can get these young readers interested in classic novels they will learn to love reading. I think if most students read classic literature and are exposed to the vocabulary and the great interesting stories they will learn to love reading. We are in a time when students are exposed to the next great interesting technology piece. I would like to expose my students to the beauty of great classic literature. I want them to get excited about the literature that made read fun.
