FIRST robotics FRC Team 5494 engages students in the ultimate project-based STEM experience. Our program teaches students engineering, team building, software engineering, and critical thinking. Our team was established in 2013 and has fostered the education of hundreds of students. Our team is a very tight-knit group, that is always there to support each other, even if it is not related to robotics. We are a low-income school district that depends on generous donations from sponsors to stay active. The laptops and tablets we are asking for would be used for learning programming, CAD, and manufacturing skills.
