In my class, we incorporate yoga into our overall dance practice. It helps students' with their physical and mental health. It is important to start learning about yoga at a young age to promote healthy living. As of now, my students are having to do their yoga on tile floor. This can cause serious long-term issues with their joints and muscles. I want them to be able to learn about the practice of yoga safely. By having a class set of yoga mats, I can make sure that every student in my class is safely practicing yoga for years to come!
