Students at our school take a required course called Financial LIteracy, often during their 9th grade year. The course material has concepts that are hard for 15 year olds to understand from a textbook. These books would be available to check out through our school library and were chosen because they appeal to teenagers and are written in an accessible format. Students have been asking for titles that are specific to their age, race, and gender in the areas of wealth and investment. Students come to the library weekly to select books.
