It will meet the standards laid out by the Nevada Department of Education that addresses Social, Mental, and Emotional based curriculum. The weight training stations requested will be used through physical activity based exercises that are used to enhance overall physical fitness goals, and mental health awareness exercises. Students will learn the essential techniques that requires them to learn more about their self control, over emotions, thoughts, and overall fitness aspirations. Students will have the opportunity to enhance their , mental , physical, emotional health structures through the use of a wide variety of exercises designed to reinforce positive outcomes in all areas of focus.

About my class
