All of the materials will benefit my students in different academic areas. I have chosen a lot of learning centers that can be used to provide additional practice on mathematics and reading lessons that are being taught in the classroom. I have also chosen learning centers in phonics as our main focus in first grade is to make sure students are able to segment and blend words together to develop their reading skills. These materials will make learning fun and promote a positive foundation for education at an early age. The furniture pieces I chose will also create a comfortable environment for students to learn in.
