I teach a food minor class and food science class to high schoolers. Our kitchen equipment needs a face lift! My students are very eager to get cooking in the kitchen but it is hard at times when I an unable to teach them the proper ways of safety in the kitchen when our kitchen sets are outdated and not working properly. Our current stand mixers are 25 + years old, any help with kitchen essentials would be fantastic! My ultimate goal is for my students to understand the basics of the kitchen and become life long learners of such an important life skill.
