The classroom rug is such an awesome environment for fostering learning. This is where we come together to collaborate and spend quality time with one another to introduce new concepts, read stories, and collaborate. There is really no place like the rug within a classroom, this is where students go to feel at home. Classroom community is so critical in developing confident, capable, learners that know how to work together as a team. By having a classroom carpet, the students will have a chance to get out of their chairs and come together to learn up close and personal! Right now we do not have a classroom rug that is large enough for everyone to sit on, so we miss a lot of these awesome opportunities and I want to change that for my sweet kiddos. They deserve the very best that I can give them!
