These resources will better help my middle school resource students fill in the gaps of reading and writing skills from elementary and be ready to learn 6th, 7th, and 8th grade ELA standards. Also, these resources will help them practice skills with minimum support and eventually become independent. My classroom project's goal is to make reading and writing a daily practice for my specific learning disabled students. I also want my students to build a culture of reading where they will not find reading as a hard subject but a hobby.
