Our amazing school offers students the opportunity to explore areas of interest in Odyssey classes. I want to offer my students the chance to "play with their food" and see if they have a talent and interest in the culinary arts. Many of the foods we make require the use of microwaves and with only 35 minutes per class, having two will help a lot. We also use a lot of food ingredients (nearly $200 for each three-week session). That is why I have requested gift cards from Whole Foods. I would love for every student to find their passion!
