I am honored to be a school counselor to amazing students from K5 to 8th grade. With this year being our first full school year back in person since the pandemic began, there has been a higher need for social emotional support. My hope is that with these materials, I can teach students how to use healthy and positive coping skills to help them through difficult times. Journals, stress balls, therapy putty, and even the markers for art therapy can be used as positive coping tools for students. I also want to provide them with positive and encouraging words by the use of motivational stickers and pencils with positive messages.

About my class
