The materials I ordered will help better the resources to provide better workout opportunities for my students. Being from a lower income area my students may not have access to some of the valuable resources Needed for a better and healthier life. Materials such as workout cones, parachutes and ladders are great to help with the students cardiovascular system. The hex pads will allow the students to withstand knee and other leg injuries while workout. Keeping heat and compression around their knees will also prevent life long injuries Later in life
