Because of the Pandemic, it has not only reduce my student's performance, but also my student's social emotional well being. Many are experiencing depressive symptoms, negative affect, and loneliness, especially the students that were already at risk before then. During the lockdown, many of my students have resulted in drastic changes in their daily activities. These SEL books will allow my students to improve their mental health, attitudes, relationships and academic performance. It will provide them with social emotional skills that will allow them to regulate their own emotions, make friends, resolve conflicts, avoid risky behaviors, and make positive ethical and safe choices that are important for success.
