Our students will be able to use these tools in a variety of ways. The main thing is safety. The TRX suspension straps are a safe and effective way to improve fitness and athletic related goals. We will also be able to test and measure different muscle functions as we go through the TRX programs. Another benefit about this system is that it will challenge students of all levels and abilities. The TRX system will also give us the ability to apply science related principles in relation to force and gravity.
