The use of these stools would be so beneficial for my students during small group time on independent work. Lots of my students this year have a hard time sitting still for a long period of time while working on class work and in groups. These stools would help give them an opportunity to change locations in the classroom to work and not just be limited to staying at their desk and chair. They can manipulate these chairs to work in groups of 2 or 4, read in other parts of the classroom such as on our reading carpet, or even by some natural light by the window. Giving the students the freedom and opportunity to change locations while working is so beneficial to keep their minds fresh with new outlooks on lessons.
