These beautiful resources will enable students in The Hive to not only see clearly the instructions on the board (as our markers have literally dried up) but to have their own white board, markers, and highlighters. They will be thrilled!!! We use them every single day. Today we reviewed standard 3.OA.A.1 using white boards to teach multiplication properties. Our reading specialist then used the white boards as a strategy for taking an online reading test for standard RL.3.3. To maintain a covid-safe learning environment students have to sanitize between each use to share the supplies. It cuts into quality learning time and the boards are peeling incessantly and falling apart. Having a board, marker, and highlighter for each child will increase learning ten-fold! Hip Hip Hooray! Your amazing generosity will bring life to The Hive with posters and name tags to highlight every child's work. Tracking time tests and reading logs is so motivating and now we can successfully do that with these fabulous charts! Light bulbs will light up the reading nook which hasn't been utilized due to no funds! File and book holders will allow us to create centers in The Hive again. Students will now have headphones to accommodate the lessons on their Chromebooks without having to wait until another student is finished. This will create increased learning with their I-ready program. The paper will enable us to allow copies for every student! Overall, you have saved The Hive and given us an opportunity to sharpen the learning curve for students at all levels. Thank you so very much for your consideration in funding our Happy Honey Hive Project so that students can flourish.
