I have requested yoga mats and other P.E. equipment. My students will be able to further their knowledge of health and fitness with this equipment being used in a safe environment. Students will not be using this equipment for learning at home. Students will be using this equipment directly at the school when they are in P.E. class. Students will use this equipment in a safe environment to demonstrate their knowledge of the various muscle groups within the human body. Students will demonstrate their knowledge and application of specific body parts and muscle groups to grow the specific muscle groups. Students will also be able to use the equipment to perform exercises in a comfortable area.
