They are effective mental tools that will help them navigate the frustrations that life throws at them daily. By creating a Zen Zone within the school it will allow students, and Educators a safe place to come together and feel their feelings. Allowing for positive relationships with self and peers. In today's society with so much pressure on children, they need a place to just decompress and be themselves in a safe place. Please help me build a beautiful space for our children.
