I am 20 receiving 20 keyboards to be used in my elementary music classroom. They will come with headphones so that there is not a sensory overload for the kids and to facilitate better instruction. Each student will have a need for methodical instruction books to be used in the learning of basic piano skills. Learning to play piano can increase a child's confidence and their ability to concentrate and maintain focus. It allows them to practice patience and discipline. Studies have indicated that learning to play the piano can have a positive impact on a child's mental health. I have used this particular brand of instruction books in my own personal piano studio for 25 years and and loved the success I have seen from them. With these instruction books for my class, these students will get the same opportunity to learn piano as students that take privately. In many instances, families can't afford private music lessons for their children. I am exciting about sharing my love for music through this avenue!
