Students are in the process of learning a new language. They are in the process of putting together an interactive journal to assist their process of language acquisition. For that matter copies do have to be printed out and color print outs really help students connect language to images. However, color printing is limited in our school and we would love to add color to our vocabulary walls and picture vocabulary journal entries. Color gives joy and makes learning conducive! Students also work with task cards and interactive learning games from which color printing would be fantastic. Learning about culture requires color to illustrate how rich our Spanish-speakers' culture really is.
