The materials and instructional strategies selected for this project will help my students develop digital, cultural, and reading and writing literacy skills while participating in a STEAM project. The books will be added to a pool of diverse resources to give the students multiple means of accessing information both at home and at school. On this journey, students will learn about and draw inspiration from the life and contributions of Katherine Johnson, NASA Mathematician. They will combine that knowledge with their emerging digital and technology skills to create and present a Tiny Home using 3D Design Software.

About my class
