Students must have positive incentives, the items I am requesting, that offset poor behavior consequences. This allows them to earn our "Hawk Feathers" which reinforce our four banners of success. These are I am safe, I am kind, I am respectful, I am responsible. Once we are able to reinforce our classroom behaviors in a positive way, teachers use less minutes of valuable education time with misbehavior. We truly believe in our Positive Behavior Intervention & Support program and that it will benefit our students. Thank you for helping us achieve this valuable goal. Our students will love it!
