I am a new counselor so I need books and resources to help my students regulate emotions, manage stress, and adjust to societal norms after a year away from others. I am planning individual, small group, and classroom lessons to help build connections to each other as well as the world around them. My students have struggled with the many changes we have went through the last two years. I want to help them to grow into successful, kind, and motivated individuals. These items will help individuals and groups of students to learn new skills and reinforce social skills they may have learned in the past.
