The materials will encourage students to be on their best behavior. Positive behavior in the classroom leads to improved outcomes for students. When students are well-behaved, they are able to focus on the learning outcomes, which result in improved learning and better grades. Rewarding students for behavior is a systematic approach to changing the culture within the school building. My school is currently focused on shifting our culture and the positive behavior and positive academic programs are major parts of the process. The requested items will go a long way in supporting our efforts!
