I am requesting a weight bench and squat rack power cage. This equipment will be used to build our weight room facility for both physical education and after school athletics. Our students have never been able to learn the skills and techniques necessary to train for lifelong fitness nor athletic performance. The power racks will offer students the first step to engage them in the basics of weight training. With the addition of after school athletic training our students will be much more likely to do better in the classroom and have better attendance. I can think of no better way to help students than fund our project!
