I will use all of the different rewards to motivate my students that come into my classroom to learn how to read. I will use the behavior clip chart to keep track of my students behavior during reading interventions. As a reading interventionist, I need to serve students from different classrooms, and a great rewards system in place will help me keep my students engaged and motivated to learn how to read. Keeping track of my student's achievements is a must and that is why the different reward toys, slinkies, stickers, etc, will really help me keep them on task.
