I would love to have a classroom rug for my kindergartners to use to foster a sense of a classroom family amongst us! Our rug will be a place for my kindergartners to come together to be safe, communicate, play games, listen to great books, and get to know each other! With a new rug, we will be able to develop feelings of belongingness in our classroom. I want my students to feel accepted and create a family community in our classroom. We will use our classroom rug daily!
