Students can use calm down fidgets, coloring activities, stress balls, yoga balls, and review information on helpful posters to practice and learn better self-management skills. The calm-down room located in the counselor's office provides a safe, calm and private space for them. The products selected will help our students practice self-management skills in a quiet and calm location. Social and emotional skills are vital in today's world, especially in middle schools. Our students need help with SEL skills - specifically awareness of emotions and self-management of emotions. Thank you.
