This new carpet will replace a carpet that has been through decades of students sitting on it. The old carpet has been in multiple classrooms, multiple teachers and is stained beyond repair. The students spend about 75% of their 8 hour school day gathered on the carpet. This carpet should be somewhere the students want to gather, rather than feel dirty and cramped on! This new rug will help us spread out to learn in the new era of Covid. We want to still gather as a community, but be spaced out enough to feel socially distanced.

About my class
