Covid has been hard on all of us but teenagers are experiencing high levels of anxiety as they return back to school; a place that looks very different from when they last left there. I am looking to create a safe and comfortable setting for students to decompress and feel safe to share along with offering any tools to help them during heightened moments of anxiety and stress. Having a peaceful area will allow them to calm there senses and focus on present moments before they have to return back to the chaos of the world around them.

About my class
