They are stress relief tools that will enable the students to self sooth with the hopes that they can learn. When students stress they cannot be attentive to a lesson that is presented to them. They are thinking about how to survive their issue. Once they have the strategy, and is able to engage in the activity to lower their stress level, they are calm enough to at least retain the basic information presented to them in the learning environment. Please allow my students the opportunity to learn conducively, Thank you.
