My students lack organization skills and motivation to learn. The binders, notebooks, white board markers, and post its will help my students with these skills. My classroom is set up as a beach theme and we have a treasure box in our classroom. My students love the fidget toys! They earn tickets for positive behaviors in and out of the classroom, academics, and working towards their own personal goals. These reinforcers will help them achieve intrinsic motivation. Students with disabilities can achieve great success and it is up to all of us to help them achieve this.
