Speed stacking is something many of my students have probably never heard of. I love teaching activities that they may fall in love with. It connects many different students together because it's not just for the athletic kids, or artistic kids, or musical kids...Its for anyone and everyone. It teaches students hand-eye coordination, cooperation, patience, and the value of practicing. It also works both sides of the brain (and kids don't even realize they are doing it.) This will help with reading scores and reading performance. My speed stacks will be used for individual use, but also partner and group work.
