I am requesting basketballs, and ball locker, yoga mats, jump ropes, golf balls, tennis racquets and more. The unique PE curriculum will help each student practice, play and develop the skills and resources to be physical activity for a lifetime. This additional equipment will provide Covid friendly curriculum that can be completed 6 feet apart. This additional equipment will focus on Nevada state standard -1.12.2 Perform manipulative skills in combination with locomotor and/or non locomotor movements in a variety of environments and under a host of conditions. Students will develop manipulative skills and perform these skills under a competitive environment. At George Whittell High School the physical education department is extremely excited to give every student the lifetime skill of golf and tennis.
