This rug will be used to create a more welcoming environment in the school library. Our library is trying to modernize while recovering from damages from Hurricane Ida. A rug will allow our younger students to feel comfortable and be able to enjoy the library. Currently, all of our students have to sit in oversized chairs at tables. This is not conducive for pre-k, kindergarten, or first graders. When we receive this rug, students will be able to have independent reading time in a more relaxed manor, and library lessons will be taught in a more comfortable area.

About my class
