I have a large caseload that grows every week. Working with students in grades K-5 with various disabilities, I have to be creative to keep their interest while continuing to work on their IEP goals. Utilizing the items on my wish list will allow for multi-modal learning of speech sounds. Research indicates using this approach allows students to grasp the placement and production of their target sounds more quickly and more concretely than simply providing them with oral directions. In order to accomplish this on a daily basis, I need the items on my wish list.
