I will be using the items requested to build amazing literacy and math centers my kindergarten students can engage in independently, giving me the opportunity to work with small groups for interventions and enrichment activities. Due to COVID many of my Kindergarten students did not have the opportunity to attend preschool, social play groups, or even library storytime as they normally would. This has created some gaps in their foundational and social skills. I will be using cooperative learning centers, as well as small group intervention and enrichment activities to bridge that gap.
