My 3rd graders need access to personal reading materials for school and at home. Reading books and magazine articles that are interesting to them helps them meet each of these Nevada Academic Content standards: ELA 3.RL.2, 3.RL.3, 3.RL.5, 3.RL.9, 3.RI.2, 3.RI.5, and 3.RI.7. Having access the hands-on STEAM activities is vital to successful Science learning, especially with Physical Science. Hands-on learning has been challenging with COVID regulations over the last year and a half. These hands-on STEAM sets will help students meet the following Science standards: 3-5ETS1-2, 3-5ETS1-3, and 3PS2.

About my class
