My students inspire me to become a better person. Despite their obstacles, they are always smiling and eager to learn. Due to the pandemic, many of my students were not in person and did not have many opportunities to write or use writing supplies. My students are eager to write their ideas onto paper causing them to use their pencils fasters than I had planned. We are currently running low on supplies in the classroom. We need pencils, pencil grips and dry erase markers. . My job as the teacher is to ensure that my students are learning by providing them with the proper tools. As first graders, we use a lot of writing in order to express our thoughts and ideas.
