Student will learn: Number Sense and Number Operations in Math Story Problems using Addition and Subtraction, and Multiplication Understand mathematical operation symbols Solve 1 and 2 digits using subtraction. Why are we learning it? Students will see in this lesson scenarios visiting a park with a pond ecosystem using the plants and animals found there to learn about math concepts. Building blocks to understand and use the (+) Addition (-) Subtraction and (=) equal symbols to solve addition and subtraction problems. To know the order of sequence of steps to solve Math numbers. Familiarize mathematically operational symbols. How will I know I have learned it? Level 2 and 3 ( I will add, subtract and multiply to solve the math problems) Level 1: I will count math objects Student can identify number names and the count sequence. Student can count to tell the number of objects in Addition to addition and Subtraction to multiplication to take away problems. student can compare numbers that are lower or higher.
