My students sit at their desks all day long, therefore I love having the option of teaching from other places in the classroom. The mobile teaching easel I have requested would allow me to teach anywhere in my classroom. I love having my students learn from the floor. Using the easel to teach allows my students to move around and get to know everyone in class.
The mobile easel can be used in several different ways such as teaching all subjects using the whiteboards, hanging anchor charts, and displaying big books. The file folder games for reading and math skills are a great way for students to work together with partners, in small groups, and can also be taken home for extra parent support. These games will help students build the skills they need or help re-enforce the skills they’ve already learned. It will be a fun way to learn and/or review reading and math skills.
Many of my students did not attend school in person for kindergarten due to the pandemic, so they are lacking skills that need to be addressed. They need tools that will help them interact and build social skills. They are excited to learn, and these items will help them learn and work together.
