The project will help students be able to recognize when they are struggling with their mental health and are unable to recognize it. This will help them to address their needs. Mental health continues to have an impact on students to where they are overly stressed out. For when students are having an anxiety attack they know how to address it. For example, I get student each day that suffer from anxiety and have no idea how to control it. The activities will allow them the opportunity to use for coping mechanisms.
