We are planning a month of gratitude for November. The counseling field has gathered evidence that practicing gratitude can be beneficial to mental health. We are requesting some gratitude journals, t-shirts, and posters to help us with our month of gratitude. We would like to get students involved and excited by giving away some of these items for prizes. Along with gratitude resources, we also deal with a lot of anxiety, so it is always helpful to have more resources to help our students with anxiety. These items will be used throughout the school year.
