These materials will help students channel their energy into appropriate outlets, so that they are able to focus and attend to the task at hand. The adaptive seating (exercise ball chairs, wobble cushions, etc) will provide students an opportunity to move their seat in a safe and appropriate way. The fidgets (pop its, marble mesh, flex tube, etc) provide students with something to do with their hands that is not a distraction to the rest of the class. Ultimately, these materials will create a more well rounded learning environment that is physically equipped to meet their needs!
