Minds in Motion is a program that strengthens and balances students' vestibular systems. The program stimulates their visual and auditory processing as well as their motor skills. The results of a program like this are better integrated and balanced students who perform better in school and have better behavior. Minds in Motion keeps their brains firing! The addition of these resources will be key to the success of our new minds in motion set up for our class. Students will walk on a balance beam, crawl on the gym mat, jump, leap, throw and catch, and so much more! These small movements are things often overlooked, but they are so important.

About my class
