With the help of these supplies, I can help students on their journey to fitness, something that we know to have a major impact on overall health. The variety in the resistance loops will meet students where they are, and provide room for improvement. The sliders will allow more variety in the exercises we do in class. Covid-19 has made it more obvious that our society needs to focus on general health in order to prevent deadly diseases. I hope to teach my students realistic ways to incorporate movement and fitness into their everyday lives to help improve their overall health now and in the future.
